Ricardo has been a member of the Board of Directors at Tanner Servicios Financieros since March 2007, serving as Chairman since 2015. He has over 48 years of experience in financial markets in Chile, the UK, the US, and Europe. He also served as Vice Chairman and Board Member of Banco BHIF (later BBVA) for more than 20 years. Currently, he is a majority shareholder of Tanner Servicios Financieros S.A., the largest private non-bank financial institution in Chile. Ricardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Finance, both from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA.

Jorge has been a member of the Board of Directors at Tanner Servicios Financieros since January 2002. He has over 46 years of experience in the financial sector across Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic, having served in senior management and board positions at several institutions, including Bank of Palestine in Chile, Banco del Trabajo in Peru, Banco Centro Mundo in Ecuador, Banco de Antigua in Guatemala, Financiera Miravalles in Costa Rica, and Banco de Altas Cumbres in the Dominican Republic. He currently serves as Director of Inmobiliaria Sinergia and as a member of the Kassis Family Council (Cial Alimentos). Jorge holds a degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (Contador Auditor) from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Eduardo has been a member of the Board of Directors at Tanner Servicios Financieros since May 1994. Previously, he served as a Director at BBVA Chile (formerly Banco BHIF). Eduardo studied at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Universidad de Chile. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina, USA, and an MBA in Finance from Boston University, USA.

Patricia Verderesi Schindler has a distinguished career in risk management and corporate governance, with extensive international experience at JPMorgan, Citigroup, and Safra. She currently holds strategic positions on boards and committees of leading Brazilian companies, including Raízen, Nubank, and AZZAS, and previously served at Stone Inc., Credit Suisse Brazil, and Cosan/Rumo. Patricia was JPMorgan’s Regional Head of Controls for Latin America and Canada, and Chief Risk Officer in Brazil, overseeing credit, financial, and environmental risks. She holds an MBA with a major in Finance from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC São Paulo.

Matías has been a member of the Board of Directors at Tanner Servicios Financieros since March 2024. He has 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, serving as a Director at renowned institutions such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Casa de Moneda de Chile, the Chilean Public Enterprise System (SEP), Zofri, and INACAP. Matías holds a degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the University of Chicago, USA.
